Intake Process for Emergency
Shelter
If you are looking for shelter or helping
some one who is looking for shelter, you should
be aware that there is a “Centralized Point of
Access” for all single adults seeking emergency
shelter in Columbus and a different "Centralized
Point of Access" for families (adults with
children).
All single adults in need of shelter
should go to Faith Mission’s intake center at
315 East Long Street or call 1-888-4SHELTR
(1-888-474-3587) 24/7.
All families (adults with children)
should call the 24/7 Family Center hotline
(614-253-7970) for assistance.
